Intelligent software that does the heavy lifting so you don’t have to.
Stop rebuilding what’s already been designed. Our tool automates the manual, repetitive tasks of wire harness creation so you can get more quotations out the door, and your team can spend more time producing customer product.

Win More Business
Send out exponentially more quotes by reducing quotation time from multiple days to only a few hours.

Automatically convert customer drawings & PDF files

Create itemized component lists

The Game of Millimeters
Calculate "Active Geometry". Automatically add length for splices and outer-row connectors to prevent wires from being too short.

Save money
Reduce waste

Prevent costly time re-doing short or incorrect wires

No Redesign Needed
Do the design once and only once. Eliminate the "repeated task" of drafters manually rebuilding designs for production.

Eliminate the need for external drafting software licencing costs

Simple interface & low learning curve

ERP-Ready Output
Automated Bill of Materials (BOM) in CSV / Spreadsheet format that can be linked into existing ERP systems.

Vendor-Neutral

No missed parts
Immediate pricing visibility
Moving beyond
a 'parts list' to get you product-ready FAST.
Don't settle for tools that just scrape text and give you a parts list. Our tool maps the physical reality of the harness directly from the customer's initial design, and builds a complete, editable data model that understands how components physically fit together in the real world.

The Automation: The tool recognizes the physical dimensions of the connector. It calculates and adds the precise extra length required for each individual pin based on its distance from the edge.
The Result: A harness that plugs in cleanly without tension or stretching.
Connectors have physical depth. If an 80-pin connector is a 3x5 inch block, and a drawing only measures the wire run to the edge of that block, the wires routing to the far pins simply won't reach.
Active Connector Geometry
The Automation: The tool automatically applies customizable design rules. For example, it will automatically add exactly 6 millimeters of length to every wire entering a specific splice.
The Result: Prevents short wires, eliminates material waste, and stops the factory floor from having to rebuild faulty harnesses.
When wires meet at a splice, they are stripped and overlapped. This physical overlap eats up wire length.
Smart Splice Calculations
One tool solving
BIG problems.
The Automation: The tool was designed to automate this process. It does this by reading the drawings supplied by the customer and generating a complete, formatted Spreadsheet/CSV Bill of Materials.
The Result: From customer drawings to out-the-door quotations in 3-4 hours.
Generating a quote requires knowing exactly what goes into the build. Right now, your team has to manually pick those parts out of a drawing one by one.
Faster, Easier Quotations
How Our
Tool Makes Life Easier
We extract the data AND build the harness model automatically. Right out of the box, our data can be exported and imported into existing cloud-based CAD tools (like VeSys), meaning you don't have to overhaul your entire workflow to get the job done.
The Automation: The tool builds an editable data model that can be updated by the end-user.
The Result: Editable output and user review over the final output.
Sometimes computer programs get things wrong. Users must be able to make changes after the results have been generated.
Editing & Adujsting Outputs
The Bottom Line
Because it calculates the physical shape of the harness, the tool:
Simplifies
Automates
complex geometric calculations.
Ensures
highly accurate wire lengths.
Eliminates
long quotations processes or manually interpreting pdf files.
by removing the need to create to-scale drawings in CAD for use in production.
